Common pricing questions
Are rates available without a volume commitment?▾
Rates depend on volume, destination mix, and jurisdiction. There is no upfront volume commitment — rates are reviewed quarterly based on actual usage.
How are invoices structured?▾
Invoices are issued monthly in arrears based on actual CDR usage. DID rental is billed monthly in advance. Payment terms are net 14 days. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit for AU customers.
What currencies do you invoice in?▾
Australian partners in AUD. US partners in USD. UK partners in GBP. Multi-jurisdiction partners can elect a primary billing currency at contract time.
Are FUSF and other regulatory surcharges included?▾
US pricing is quoted exclusive of FUSF contributions and applicable state surcharges — itemised separately on your invoice. AU and UK pricing is quoted exclusive of GST/VAT respectively.
