Infinititel was founded by telecommunications professionals who understood what was missing in the wholesale voice market: a technically serious, multi-jurisdictional supplier who treats compliance as a feature, not an afterthought.
Infinititel is a wholesale IP voice provider operating across three jurisdictions — Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We provide the infrastructure, compliance framework, and interconnect relationships that carriers, resellers, and channel partners need to operate at scale.
Our group structure reflects where our business operates. Infinititel Pty Ltd is our Australian entity, licensed by ACMA. Infinititel LLC is our US entity, registered with the FCC. Infinititel Limited is our UK entity, registered with Ofcom. Each entity carries its own regulatory obligations — and we manage all of them.
What differentiates us isn't just technical capability. It's the fact that we understand the regulatory environment our partners operate in, and we build that understanding into our products and agreements from day one.
Multi-jurisdictional compliance isn't a burden — it's a genuine differentiator. We invest in it so our partners don't have to manage it separately. FCC, ACMA, Ofcom, STIR/SHAKEN, CALEA: we handle these so you can focus on your customers.
We don't promise uptime figures we can't deliver or features we haven't built. Our SLAs have financial consequences. Our NOC operates around the clock. When something breaks, we tell you immediately and tell you what we're doing about it.
We don't compete with our partners by selling retail. Our pricing, contracts, and business model are built for operator-to-operator relationships. Your customers remain yours.
