What's the minimum volume threshold for wholesale pricing?
Wholesale rates are available from 5,000 minutes per month per jurisdiction. Volume tiers are structured at 10k, 50k, and 100k+ minutes. Contact us for a rate schedule and interconnect agreement.
Do you support bilateral carrier agreements?
Yes. We operate a standard Master Wholesale Communications Services Agreement framework across all three jurisdictions, with entity-specific annexures for Infinititel LLC (US), Infinititel Pty Ltd (AU), and Infinititel Limited (UK).
How is STIR/SHAKEN handled for US termination?
We provide full A, B, and C attestation for calls where CLI can be verified against our number inventory. Resellers operating under our FCC registration benefit from our RMD listing. Delegated signing arrangements available for larger partners.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Technical qualification call → commercial terms agreed → MSA executed → SIP credentials provisioned → test calls → live. Typically 5–10 business days for a standard channel partner setup.
Can you support number porting across all three jurisdictions?
Yes. Porting supported in AU (IPND/Telstra wholesale), US (RespOrg and LNP), and UK (Ofcom-compliant). AU and UK typically 2–5 business days; US 5–10 days depending on losing carrier.
